The risks are invisible.
The protection should be too.
Most cybersecurity firms are built to be seen. Valmeres was built to operate without being noticed, which is precisely how effective protection works.
OriginValmeres was founded by an independent advisor with eight years at the intersection of cybersecurity, risk management, and high-stakes compliance — practised across the financial centres of Paris and Hong Kong before settling in Interlaken, Switzerland. The work covered institutional clients across private banking, asset management, and family governance, always inside environments where exposure carries consequences beyond the financial.
What became clear, across every engagement, was a gap. The individuals most at risk, principals of significant wealth, their families, the people around them, were largely invisible to the cybersecurity industry. The market offered products. It offered managed services built for corporate IT departments. It did not offer what private clients actually needed: a single, discreet point of expertise, retained over time, with no agenda beyond their protection.
Valmeres was created to fill that gap.
ApproachWe do not operate through dashboards or automated alerts. Our work begins with close observation of your digital environment, your household, your travel patterns, your exposure and produces a clear, human assessment of where risk actually lives.
From there, the relationship is continuous. Threats evolve. Circumstances change. A senior team member relocates. A child starts university in another country. A new advisor is granted account access. Each of these is a moment of digital exposure, and each is exactly the kind of moment a retained advisor should anticipate.
Clients do not receive reports. They receive clarity. And in almost every case, the most important protection we provide is the kind that requires no action on their part at all because it was already in place.
ContextSwitzerland is not incidental to this practice. It is the location of the world's most concentrated private wealth, managed by institutions that have spent centuries understanding that discretion is not a courtesy, it is a professional standard.
Valmeres operates from this context. We are familiar with the structures through which private wealth is held, the advisors who serve it, and the particular sensitivities that come with it. Our work does not require lengthy explanations of why privacy matters. Our clients already know.
